Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns must be shipped to Spain at the customer's cost. Please contact support@lakaieurope.com for more information.
Additional non-returnable items:
- - Shipping costs are not refundable
- - Gift cards
- - Some health and personal care items
- - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- - Sale items (if applicable) unfortunately cannot be refunded.
- - Select Limited Timed Releases.
Return Shipping
If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receipt, in line with EU consumer protection regulations.

- Return Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking (e.g. DHL, FedEx) to ensure your return is delivered safely.
- - Multiple Purchases (e.g., different sizes): If you order multiple items to try (such as several shoe sizes) and decide to return some of them, you must cover the return shipping for those items. Only the items you keep will remain payable; the returned items will be refunded at their purchase price, including any shipping charges.
- - Condition of Returns: Returned items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact. We reserve the right to deduct from your refund if items are returned in a diminished condition.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
