Returns & exchanges. Accepted within 30 days of delivery. To start one, email us with your order number and we will reply with return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, that item is cancelled and refunded.
Pricing. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We may correct errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
Shipping. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
Order acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Condition. Authentic product, covered by any applicable manufacturer warranty.
Fulfillment problems. Received a wrong, damaged, defective, or non-delivered item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery for resolution.
